Parks Close To Bonita Springs Florida

There are many recreational opportunities for many ages all around Florida. If you a visitor and want to experience the gorgeous areas that abound, it's time pack the car and head out to a must-visit road trip destination. Florida offers many nature preserve areas, that the hardest thin to do will be deciding on a route to take. You will be surprised at the Bonita Springs parks that are a short car ride away.

A place that is found just north of the central part of the state is a wild life state park. This is the best place within the state to view manatees. The park actually features a special underwater observation area to view fascinating creatures. This also means you cam easily view them on any day of the year.

Many other types of animals are also sure to make an appearance to visitors and is why this park is the one place to make sure you won't want to forget. While you are there, be certain to have a picnic lunch and to visit the hands-on educational center that will teaches youngsters about natural environments in Florida.

If you feel like taking an additional road trip, head straight north. You may take a while until you arrive at this destination, but you should really see why the Pensacola Scenic Bluffs Highway has become one of the state's best places. The scenic highway stretches for 11 miles with sweeping views and natural bluffs to view along the way.

This stretch of road is actually a home for many native species and also invasive species, so you might be able to sure to view many types of plants and even animals in the area. There are even lots of really fun attractions to enjoy along this route. These include many nature areas and other park locations.

If you're searching for a shorter location to reach on a road trip, a brief drive to the east easily offers you a chance look at a lot of the state's most historic farmland. This is often a section with several nature experts from a good variety of specialties that are from places all around the planet. You'll be stunned at a number of preserved areas that will feature bits of clay and even large rock layers.

About one hour's drive north is the Black Bear Scenic Byway. This will offer a wonderful drive that should encourage riders to get out of a car and really have a nature experience up close. The scenic byway gets its name from black bears in the area that make this place their home. This is actually the highest population of animals than in any other areas of the state.

The land around this specific area will includes natural preserves and may conservation areas. This will include areas like some National Forests and other State Park locations. If you really want to have a super scenic road trip, there are lots of exciting and even scenic places which offer lot of recreational opportunities. There is hiking, swimming, lots of wildlife viewing, and some bicycling available in the area.
