Racehorse is under a care of an experienced instructor. His duties are varied activities, which include but not limited to horse management, exercising and feeding program. This is also to make the horses friendly with human users. A racing horse requires professional racehorse trainer.

Professional trainer is in charge of a racehorse; this is a determination from the animal quality, experience, specialization and the uniqueness of the animal. The provider must render above average services. The trainer has the discretion to select the race, that the horse is best suited. Horse coaches earn handsomely from consultation and from races won.

A look at practitioner in this field highlights a common day of a coach, who shared her daily program at her job. She is supposed to be in her work station by half past six early in the morning, the board informs them the horse they will riding that day by seven in the morning. Each horse is scheduled for fewer than three canters. This is courtesy of the rating of the racehorse. The morning stable session is over by noon and the second session commences by three oclock in the evening. This session activities comprises of, feeding the horse, grooming the horses the session ends by half past six before dark.

This job requires no formal training, but this applies to over nineteen years. A diploma level two, it is a requirement to be admitted in school to be allowed to practice in this fun filled sector. A basic knowledge of riding horse is not equivalent to racehorse expertise; the difference is on the technicalities, rules and professionalism aspect. The job requires teamwork oriented trainer but must appreciate the individual experience to enable fast decision making during critical hours. The trainer must be passion driven and dedicated to cope with the particular job requirement. This is necessary in long hours working and weekend calls.

Apart from this career being admirable, fun filled and breath taking experiences it is not void of associated disadvantages, which includes; low salary, a report from Bureau of Labor Statistics, a trainer in the USA earns sixteen thousand dollars for new entrant and fifty three thousand dollars for a whole year.

Secondly, the job is physically taxing; the job is muscular, from bending, climbing, riding on a horse bark, the running thrill. The horse tutor is tasked with feeding, cleanliness program and grooming of all the horses under their care. This is usually a source of fatigue and why this job is termed as physically demanding.

The horse instructor, also at risk of injuries, sometimes associated deaths. The horses are animal, vulnerable to fatigue, getting frightened or even unruly. The trainers are vulnerable to be bitten by an angry horse, being kicked or being stepped on. The instructor is at risk of being overwhelmed by a horse, due to its size. This control. Injuries in this job have been reported high in comparison with other risky jobs.

The forth disadvantage to this adrenaline job is the challenging assignments, this is especially when handling an injured or mistreated horses. They tend to respond slowly or failure of obeying the commands. This needs a character full of patience and creativity.
